A Better Choice Realty has been in business since 1999. We operate in the Charlotte and surrounding areas and are licensed in North and South Carolina. Our members are all part of the National Association of Realtors. Our relationship with propertiesbyowner.com helps us assist owners directly by giving them "by owner" and "by agent" exposure.
As a small company, we are able to give personal service to all our clients while providing the resources of larger firms. In addition to our realtor staff, we also have a licensed broker to assist with any financial needs, a licensed general contractor for help with inspection items and New Homes Sales, and a Lake Norman specialist who is very familiar with waterfront opportunities. Anything from pier and dredging permits, to shore line management, & property line concerns, we have experience with assisting lake front buyers and sellers.
Our listing fees start at 1% and are paid only when the home sells. If the home sells to a buyer directly, thats all you pay. If another agent brings you a buyer, then a co-broke fee would also be paid. By advertising your home by owner & by agent, we improve your chance of selling without paying the additional commission. For sale by owner customers not interested in the listing side can also benefit from our service. We have no commission plans available also.
